Esmeralda's POV.

In my sleep I heard the sound of the door creaking. The sound is faint but because of the silence, I was able to hear the sound of the door and also, the sound of footsteps.

I had no idea who it was. But from the distinct smell of apples that accompanied the person, it wasn't hard to guess that the person was Killian.
