I wanted to punch something.

How could she be so…dismissive? She had looked at me like a worm crawling all over her food, then told me blankly that she wouldn't date me.

How was she able to remain so cold to me? I understood that she did not have her wolf and could not feel our mate bond, but did I really have no effect on her whatsoever?
