Cassie’s POV

His first plan is to spend the day on a date with me on this particular day. It's been weeks since we got into a fight over a misunderstanding, and ever since then, there's been an injury and an attack by some random band of rogues.

However, we are unable to accommodate that date for today; may I ask why? Talk to my body, since it hurts like hell because of how wild he was last night. His antics are to blame. Despite the fact that I wish to move around more, I am unable to do so at the moment.

When he said, "Hey," he had my attention. He is currently handing over a fruit basket to me. He is aware of my fondness for sour cherries and crisp apples.

"Thank you," I remarked with a grin on my face as I expressed my gratitude. I think about the natural world once more. We are sitting on the balcony watching the sunset after another day had passed and everything had returned to its usual state of equilibrium.
