Chapter 37

Justin’s POV

It couldn’t be Eli; she’s in the Philippines. I shrugged the thought away and decided to leave the bar before something else happened.

I was about to stand up, but due to drunkenness, I stumbled. The woman who was now in front of me guided me, but I let go of her hands.

“Justin, let’s go home,” her voice was familiar.

I hated that voice. Lana. When will she ever leave me? Why is she always around?

I could see flashes of cameras; someone was taking a picture again. I hurriedly went outside and waited for a cab. I was stumbling all over, but Lana kept guiding me.

“I don’t need you,” I said sternly.

“You need me, Justin,” she said, and I sighed in frustration.

“Stay away from me!” I yelled at her, but it was no use. She grabbed me by my waist to help me get into the cab.

Once I got into the cab, I fell asleep immediately.

“Eli,” I was dreaming of her.

“Justin,” someone tapped me on my shoulder, waking
