Justin’s POV

I was in the kitchen, waiting for Eli to finish cooking our breakfast. I wished I could wake up to this every day. Seeing her take care of me makes me fall more in love with this woman.

“Here, let’s eat,” she said as she put the bacon and eggs on a plate and served me.

“What’s your plan for today?” I asked her.

“Hmm.. Oliver and Sarah wanted to meet you properly,” she said, and I nodded. Am I ready to meet the man that Eli used to love? I asked myself. I guess I have no choice. Besides, he’s married, so why should I be worried, right?

“Okay, I think that will be great. Tell me who’s more good-looking, Eli,” I teased her, and she chuckled.

“It’s you, Justin, don’t worry,” she winked at me, and I laughed at her action.

Eli’s playful response brought a smile to my face. Her ability to share such moments of light-heartedness was one of the many reasons I loved her.

“I’m not worried, just curious,” I replied, still grinn
