Eliana’s POV

I kept pacing back and forth in my apartment. What was Josh saying? Was he implying there’s more to Justin and Lana’s relationship? Or was this some of his lies again? I sighed. I didn’t know what to believe or who to believe. I was overwhelmed with thoughts.

I decided not to tell Justin about what Josh had said. I knew I was keeping something from him now, but was it really me? Or him?

I decided to go to Elise’s studio. I wanted to paint this emotion I was feeling because I had no one to talk to.

Theo greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived at their studio. “Where’s Elise?” I asked.

“Upstairs, you can go up to see her,” he smiled, so I made my way up and found her rummaging through some old canvases.

“What are you doing?” I asked her.

“Oh! Hey, Eli! How are you? I’m just looking for a painting, an old painting. I know it’s here somewhere,” she said as she kept looking.

“Whose painting are you looking for?” I asked,
