Eliana’s POV

I was nervous on my way to Josh. Nervous about what I was about to uncover. I guessed Justin was still dealing with his mom. That’s why he hadn’t messaged me or called me.

“Eli, here,” Josh waved at me, so I went to the room where he was fixing a guitar.

“Josh, just tell me,” I said.

“You can sit down first,” he said.

“No, it’s fine. Just tell me what Justin couldn’t tell me, please. I’m exhausted. Lana came to our dinner and gave an angel painting to Justin. What does it mean?” I sighed, feeling defeated.

Josh sighed and turned to me. “Justin was once a good friend. I know everything, so I’ll tell you, Eli.”

He paused for a while and looked at me. I waited for him to talk again.

“Yes, I liked Lana, and Justin knew about it. But she really liked Justin, so I really had no chance. I want to say sorry again about what happened with the pictures I sent you. It was all Lana’s idea. She really wants him back.”
