Chapter 26. Ouch!
Even though Penelope was already far from Dylan, her heart was still beating so fast, and her breasts were becoming tighter.
She was carried by her feet in the comfort room without being aware due to her mixed emotions.
She washed her hands, hoping it would make them stop shivering and feeling cold. After washing, she turned off the faucet and dried her hands.
For some reason, Penelope wanted to cry despite knowing in her heart that she had nothing to cry over. She was confused by how she felt.
Even though she was hurt about what she had found out earlier, for her, that was still not enough reason to cry. Because she knew that she couldn't do anything since she did not control the man's life. Whether she wanted to or not, any woman could have a child with Dylan, and it was hard for her to accept that. It hurts her to get the truth.
She knew that she felt wrong for Dylan because she had a boyfriend. So, she convinces herself not to feel pain.
