Chapter 32. Tired

When Elijah was so tired, Lucas immediately put him to sleep. He goes to Penelope in the kitchen, and he sees her cleaning.

He went behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. He rested his chin on her right shoulder.

"Why are you so sexy, Love?" he asked.

Penelope simply laughed at her.

He loved the scent of Penelope.

"Love?" he said.

"Why? "Are you going home now?" she responded.

His face changed, and a bit of disappointment came over her.

"Do you want me to go home now?" he replied coldly.

Penelope let out a sigh.

"I still want you to stay here, but your grandmother might be angry because you've been here for two consecutive days," she said.

"I don't care," and hugged her tightly.

"Nah," she said and rolled her eyes.
