Chapter 82. Fighting with Monsters

DAMON’S POV

“Fuck.” I mutter under my breath as I watch Warren knock out Morgana. Something in me awakens and my wolf screams in anger at the sight of him taking Morgana away. I wasn’t able to protect her before but I’ll be damned if I let anything happen to her now. I will not let that monster take her away. Not on my watch.

Warren lifts Morgana up, placing her over his shoulders and starts speeding away. I don’t hesitate to run after him.

“Brother!” Colton and Ryder scream as they run after me, but I can’t hear or see anything. I can’t even think. There’s so much happening at the same time. We weren’t ready and it’s all my fault. Some of the vampires are escaping with the vampire lord and some humans and now Morgana is being taken too. It all happened so fast.

I went to the throne room to make sure everything was set before going up to take Morgana and then I heard banging and they suddenly barged in and they had a purpose. They started attacking the humans
