Chapter 81. Captured

MORGANA’S POV

The preparations for the party are all done and now. All that is left is for everyone to get dressed and go to the throne room for the party. The throne room is bigger than I thought and I didn’t think everyone would fit but I can already hear people murmuring and the sound of music right from my room. Damon is in his room getting ready and he’s supposed to come and get me from my room when he’s done.

I’m sure Colton and Ryder are at the party already. Alana and Esther didn’t want to go but Colton said he would personally drag them to the throne room so no one feels left out. I really love the new Colton. It seems like such a long time ago when we were at each other’s neck and were bent on killing each other.

Today, he’s one of the sweetest people I know. I tied my hair up in a high bun, accentuating my facial features perfectly. I haven’t always been one to pay too much attention to my face but today, I can’t help but stare at myself in the mirror. M
