It had been two weeks since Cassian went on his business trip to America. I really missed him, and my days felt boring without college or any study stuff to keep me busy. On top of that, Aunt Mary had moved to her village because she's getting older and her son said she doesn't need to work anymore since they have enough money. I missed her a lot, and sometimes I called her to stay in touch. She was like a mom to me.

I also went to visit my parents at Sinclair Mansion a few times. They always made me laugh and made my days less boring. They wanted me to stay with them, so that's where I was at the moment. But there was a problem – I had been feeling sick, especially in the mornings and sometimes during the day. It was starting to worry me, and I thought about going to the hospital. I didn't tell Cassian about my sickness because I didn't want him to worry about something that seemed small. Plus, I only talked about it with Shreya, who k
