I went into her room with a tray holding a bowl of soup and some pills. I was glad to see she had changed her wet clothes. "Here. Drink this," I said as I sat on the edge of the bed, offering her the bowl. She looked inside and made a disgusted face. "Ew, soup! I'm not going to drink this," she said dramatically, almost like a child. I thought she was being too dramatic. "It's just soup, not poison. Come on, give it a try," I encouraged, using a sarcastic tone. She shook her head firmly and replied, "No! I'd rather eat poison!"
I reminded her, "I ate those gol gappe when you told me to. Now it's your turn."
"But gol gappe are tasty, and this soup is something gross. Besides, you didn't eat it until I forced it into your mouth," she countered stubbornly. It seemed I might have to use the same tactic to get her to eat.
