Chapter 85. Teasing II

I changed into a traditional outfit I found in the bathroom, while Cassian changed in the closet. Quietly, I came out of the bathroom, thinking I would sleep on the floor as I usually did when staying over. I picked up a pillow from the sofa to make my bed on the floor when Cassian interrupted me.

"What are you doing?" he asked, coming out of his closet.

"Preparing... my place to sleep," I explained, unsure if he remembered how we usually did it.

"You're not sleeping on the floor. Put the pillow back on the sofa," he sternly ordered.

I complied and was about to lie on the sofa when he interrupted again, "I didn't say you'll sleep on the sofa either." I couldn't help but wonder where he expected me to sleep. On the balcony? The thought was horrifying; it was too cold out there to sleep.
