Chapter 138. Fulfilled

Dawn's POV

A day after those heading for the former president's house had left, we had breakfast with everyone present at the dining except Grandma Gina.

At the table we had discussed Maureen and the others' movement. The Alpha had said that the former president's call that Maureen and the others can't spend the night at his house sounded suspicious. I could just only hope they would be fine.

After breakfast, Asher said he wanted to teach Rocha something on the laptop so I had to excuse them since I wasn't interested in whatever they had to do.

When I followed Asher and the soldiers to his pack, he wanted to teach me one or two things on how to use a laptop but I just wasn't interested. 

He had teased me relentlessly about it and eventually let go of the topic when he discovered that I was truly not interested and he couldn't talk me into becoming interested.
