Maurice quickly runs to the pack-house of the Fiery pack, where her husband and the pack are. Her face was full of concern as she kept the tears from flowing.

“Maurice, what’s wrong? Why do you look terrified?” Arnold Aragon, the Alpha of the Fiery pack, asked. Although in the middle of the meeting, he quickly stands up to greet his wife.
