Lucio’s POV

It’s not that I cannot allow her to sleep on the bed, the thing is that I don’t want to be kind to her. I want to continue with my life. I can’t deny the fact that she is beautiful and attractive, but we both have a temper and ego.

After pretending that I went to my room, I walked back to the living room to check whether she was comfortable on the couch.

I’m doing all this because I made a promise to Angela. They are so close, but they just met each other at our engagement party. There is something off about her, and the fact that they both have some similar features makes me suspicious enough to think that she is her real mother, her biological mother, who her grandparents were talking about.
