Lucia’s POV

I walked to the conference room with Ava by my side and my secretary behind us. I really wanted to know how they have been coping the last two weeks without me being present. I just hope everything is fine because most of the time, when the CEO is not present, there is always that one person who thinks to be higher than the others, and another takes the opportunity to carry out their fishy business.

Ava opened the door for me, and I walked in and went to the chair at the head of the table. As I sat down, all the employees stood to greet me, which I returned with a smile because if it weren’t for them, I don’t think this company would be the second best.

We started the meeting with a word of prayers, then I took out the reports from each department. I feel there is something, which is not going on well, but I can’t figure it out because I have gone through all the reports, even the financial reports, and no one has stolen any money from me.
