Chapter 78. The Decision

No longer able to withstand the heartache caused by the scorn of people who judged her unworthy of being with Gery, Eve no longer dared to maintain her relationship with Gery, so she chose to stay away from the man she loved, even though her heart rejected and screamed about her decision.
