Chapter 51. Taking Charge of Feelings
The first thing that crossed my mind upon waking that morning was the embarrassment I caused in the early hours, and the discomfort from the situation compelled me to approach Cecilia and resolve that awkward moment. I wasn't going to tell the truth, of course. How could I admit that I was fully aroused due to an erotic dream about her, and that's why I didn't let her get close to me? Impossible!
However, Cecilia took control of the situation and left the room in a hurry, claiming the desire to have breakfast. A plausible explanation, but one I couldn't fully accept. She seemed overly rushed and could barely exchange a word with her.
Determined not to let this misunderstanding linger, I quickly got out of bed and took care of my morning routine, changing into new clothes in record time. The idea of finding Cecilia in the dining hall, where the Ricci family usually had their morning meals, was irresistible.
