Everyone turned toward the direction of the voice, and there stood the one person no one had expected.

Elyon!

As Alex gazed at the Moon Shine Alpha, he struggled to prevent his wolf from shifting completely. Xan emitted a threatening growl, wanted to go for Elyon's head and shred him into pieces. Although Alex managed to control his wolf somewhat, he couldn't stop it from partially transforming. The first signs of fur began emerging on his skin, his eyes shifted to blood red, and claws extended.

"Elyon! I was expecting you. Now that you've shown up here at the same time as this pathetic human, I can kill both of you in one strike," Alex seethed with hatred. "Two worthless creatures who dare to think they could have my mate. Ridiculous!"
