Joe arrived at Becca's house on time.

She had already packed all the baby's essentials in a suitcase, along with additional necessities he might need during the trip, into a handbag.

"Hi Joe, I'm sorry to trouble you with my issue. I don't know anyone else in Trinidad who can bring the baby back, and Zane isn't able to leave anytime soon," she said. "Since you're a soldier, we have more confidence in your ability."

Joe gave her a reassuring smile.

"We Caribbeans are always willing to help, as long as it's legal. I looked up your husband's name online and saw that he's a remarkable businessman in New York, which gives me confidence that can go wrong. Additionally, the embassy emailed me his verification."
