Brielle’s POV

I listened to the cheers of everyone’s approval of me and my heart swelled with happiness. With their voices, my worries and fears were dispelled. I am the Luna of the Blue Moon pack. That is such a great responsibility that even I am not sure I will do well, but I will not let that deter me. They have accepted, so I will do my best to live up to their expectations. I will try my best to be the best Luna I can be, even as a human.

The wound on my palm was painful, but I was going to show such weakness and make them regret their decision to accept me. I can bare it at least while I am still in front of them all. I felt it in my blood. I was connected with them. I could momentarily feel what they were feeling and thinking. I smiled and waved my uncut hand at everyone, but I was beginning to feel lightheaded due to the loss of blood and the overwhelming connection that had been formed.
