Chantelle glared at the doctor in front of her with heavy and tired eyes while Mitch sat next to her. She seemed to be nodding at whatever the doctor was saying.

“Tell me, have you felt this pain for a long time?” the doctor inquired.

“Yes doctor, these past few weeks have felt like hell. I thought that the pain would go away but it only keeps getting worse!” she answered truthfully.

“Have you been taking any medication?” the doctor questioned further.

“I’m taking some herbal ones with my tea!” she answered.

“I would suggest that you get a scan and blood test done. I think that would make us know the cause of your stomach pain Chantelle.” The doctor suggested.

“Can you just give me a prescription instead?” Chantelle uttered politely.

“It's your decision but I would strongly suggest that you do your test, I’m just worried about your pains and symptoms.” The doctor made it very clear.
