Chapter 110
Alec's POV
I have always been more impulsive and more inclined to use physical methods. Jeremy, on the other hand, tried to regulate everything through communication and bureaucracy. God how I hated that. So he was probably a better beta than I would be. When we heard noises, I was pulled out of my thoughts and my wolf howled internally. Our ears perked up.
"Where is that coming from?" Jeremy asked via the mental connection. I tried to concentrate on the noises and was able to slowly trace them to a door that we hadn't noticed yet.
"I assume from the door," I told him and pointed there.
"From the closet?" Jeremy asked, now confused.
"No, you idiot, that will be the bathroom!" I informed him while rolling my eyes. Sometimes he acts like he's retarded. I came out from behind the desk and stood next to the door in question.
"It could take forever," said Jeremy, aghast.
If I could see him, he would have seen my death stare.
