“Achievement. That's how he sees me, why else would he keep me, prisoner, down here? I'm his achievement and so that nothing happens to me, he's keeping me here from the outside world." I said, shrugging my shoulders.

Alec's POV

Her words hit me. Deep. I mean, in a way she was right, but it's neither an achievement for me nor do I shrug it off from the outside world. I just want her to be safe. And down here, in my care, is the safest place for her. I only want the best for her. To stop talking about it, I wanted to change the subject.

"What do you do down here all day?" Of course, I knew what she was doing down here, but I didn't know what else to ask and besides, she didn't know that I was watching her.

"Not much. Sleep, eat, drink, when Blondie comes I wash and change. I do a lot of thinking, there's nothing else I can do."

"It's not exactly exciting."
