Chapter 15
Zea's POV
He parked the car, which shuddered to a halt, and got out of the car. All that could be seen from the windshield was tall coniferous trees. May all gods help me not to be drained of blood in a few minutes. I closed my eyes briefly and then heard my door being thrown open. I was struck by a slightly musty werewolf smell with a sweet note. I reflexively wanted to cover my nose, but the man made no move to loosen my handcuffs as he grabbed me by the upper arm and pulled me more or less gently out of the car.
“Woe to the devil if you run away. There are over four hundred werewolves here, you won't last ten seconds without being torn to pieces," he then growled quietly. Then he let go of me and I turned away from the car. What I saw next took my breath away.
