"You're gone for five minutes and you wake up." I removed my hands from my face and slowly looked at the door. And of course who was standing in the middle of my room by now? Of course. The Alpha himself. I rolled my eyes and leaned my head against the bed again.

Meanwhile, he sat down on the end of my bed and gently stroked my legs. If I had had the strength, I would have resisted, but I still felt like I was there run over by a train.

"You gave me quite a fright, you know."
