Since I was expecting Cat or someone else from the Rufel, I just kept staring at the ceiling and tried to imagine what it would be like if I had never had this bond with Logan, but with Luka, for example.

We would still be happy together and he would have carried me in his arms like a precious princess, like all the times before. Maybe at some point, he would have introduced Logan to me as his stepbrother and we would have had a nice family evening without all the werewolf drama.
