Lucy felt her stomach churn. She stood in front of the hospital, which she had researched extensively, to finally undergo her surgery. Her fiancé stood by her side, feeling Ryeon holding her hands tightly, serving as a support to keep from collapsing.

"Are you nervous?" Ryeon asked.

Lucy nodded, gazing into his warm brown eyes.

"I shouldn't be, but... I am."

"We can wait a bit before going in. There's no rush."
