Thorn was surprised to see Zehannah in their house late that night. That's why the husband didn't go up to the room immediately after eating. He thought she was avoiding him after the kiss he gave her, but it turns out he was waiting for someone to come. His wife even shooed him back to their room when they invited Zehannah in.
