Cassia was left speechless. "But the changes in him are so sudden, Zehan. It was like he became a different person—well, sort of."
Zehannah sighed. "Cass, he's not a different person; he's still your husband whom you like. The change you see in him is part of who he is that he hid from you because he didn't want you to be afraid. But now that the cat is out of the bag, he was freed and he felt liberated to show you his true self. Thanks to you, he shows you the real him and doesn't hide it like before."
Cassia looked down at her hands resting on her thighs. "It was just overwhelming, Zehan. I couldn't keep up."
Zehannah smiled and caressed Cassia's head affectionately. "Don't force yourself to keep up. I'm sure he wouldn't want you to force yourself either. Accept these changes in him at your own pace, but don't push him away. You might regret it when he turns cold to you. Go ahead
