As I woke up early in the morning, I could hear the birds chirping outside, and the sun rays slowly creeping through the window. I turned to Sylvester and watched him as he slept soundly next to me. I smiled and ran my hand over his chest, feeling his heartbeat. It was moments like these that made me feel at peace with everything that was going on around us.
