Sylvester’s POV
As I stood there, listening to the Keeper’s words, I couldn’t help but feel the weight of the world on my shoulders. The fate of the werewolf race rested on me, and Sandy’s shoulders, and it was up to us to unite the packs and stop the evil from the underworld.
But how were we supposed to do that? I know The blood moon pack was one of the largest of the other twelve largest packs out there, but still, I wasn’t sure how we were supposed to convince them all to work together. I turned to Sandy, who was standing next to me, and she gave me a reassuring smile.
“We’ll figure it out,” she said. “We have to.”
I nodded, feeling a little better. At least I had Sandy by my side. And Damien too, even though he was being quiet at the moment. I wondered what he was thinking.
Suddenly, the Keeper spoke up again. “I have something else to show you,” he said. “Follow me.”
