My feet pound harshly on the forest floor with my breath already coming out in short bursts. For a werewolf, I sure get tired easily. I hear no sound coming from behind me. Maybe he finally realized that I wasn't worth it. Maybe he finally realized that I was dangerous. I don't mean to be this way. I can't control my powers.

I slow to a jog before stopping completely. Looking around me, I notice that my surroundings are not familiar.
