“What the hell are you doing here?” I snapped as I tried to cover myself with hot water splashes. I was being ridiculous, as Vincent already knew my body inside out. “Why can’t I just take a shower alone?”

He started to undress, which wasn’t too difficult because he was only wearing his boxers. He also appeared thrilled.

“I imagined you were seeking to understand why I desired a wife,” he replied.

“I am, but does it have to be here and right now?”
