Chapter 24

Lucy's POV 

I was seeing an Angel in Distress. I captured this moment forever. 

“I wish I'll get to spend my forever with him,” I whispered to myself, nodding my head. Eric was on a white shirt with black trousers, his hair looked a little but rumpled, some strands falling over his face. 

I couldn't just take my eyes off him. 

“Hmm,” he sighed. “You'll get to spend your forever with me but it's not gonna be easy.” 

I slowly widened my eyes. “Did he just say that?” I came closer to him, squatting before him. 

“What did you just say? Why is it not gonna be easy?” I got so curious, I held his shoulders, looking up at him. He then raised his head which was buried on his hands slowly and grabbed my cheeks with his hand. Our eyes locked gaze with each other, I watched as those fierce, scorching eyes of his dulled into a caring and charming one.
