“What the fuck are you saying?” Justin said confused at the news he had just heard.

“Layla is pregnant, Mr. Lockwood,” the doctor said.

“This pregnancy is going to change everything,” he sighed.

“I am sorry to intrude, sir, but I thought this news would make you happy,” the doctor said.

“It is none of your business,” Justin said, irritated by the doctor’s statement.

“I am sorry, sir. It is not my place to talk about this. I’ll take my leave now,” said the doctor.

“Wait!!! Is Layla awake, and what about the injury she sustained from the goon’s hit?” Justin asked.

“Well, Layla is awake, and you will be able to see her soon. As for the wound, we have prescribed drugs for her,” the doctor said as he walked back into Layla’s ward.

“Why did you have to get pregnant?! Fuck!!!” he yelled as the hospital staff looked at him as if he was crazy.
