It was a beautiful morning, and Layla walked into the Lockwood house with Samuel and Jennifer.

“Good morning, Miss Layla,” Dorota said shyly.

“Hey Dorota, why are you shy? It is still me, Layla. Anyway, I heard you are now the head of caretakers of this beautiful place. I can wonder the amount of work and sacrifice you put into your job,” Layla said with a smug look on her face.

“Yes, Miss Layla, I worked hard to get here,” Dorota said, shivering.

“Okay, you can leave now,” Riley instructed Dorota to leave the room as she stared at Layla distastefully.

“I don’t know what your deal is to come here and try to be involved with us again after all the bad things you did. I promise you, though, you will get what is coming.”
