Chapter 58. Convincing to Take Me Back

Third Person’s POV

The next day, Scott woke up and prepared himself. Took a shower and dressed up.

In fresh clothing, determined to put John’s advice into action. He knew he had to start by making himself presentable and making sure he looked his best. After all, he couldn’t expect Milan to take him seriously if he looked like a slob.

Once he was ready, he went out of his chambers and closed the door behind him. John who was on his way to his room, saw him dressed and asked him.

“Where are you off to, Alpha?”

Scott took a deep breath before answering. “I’m going to talk to Milan,” he said, trying to sound confident.

John raised an eyebrow, clearly surprised by Scott’s answer. “You mean Milan, the omega?” he asked. “Are you sure that’s a good idea?”

“I know it might be difficult,” Scott admitted. “But I have to try. I have to show her that I’m serious about wanting to be with her. I have to prove that I’m worthy of her love.”
