Book 5: Rose and Tristan: Together Again

The way Tristan is looking at me when he says, “Well, it’s just you and me now, little flower,” I know exactly what he’s thinking. He is making those amorous eyes at me, and I feel an ache begin to form between my legs as my pulse races.

But then I remember I’m lugging around four kids, and as much as I want Tristan, and I’m sure there’s probably a way to make it happen, it wouldn’t be easy.

it probably wouldn’t be very comfortable either.

Not for me anyway…. I’m not sure about the babies. They would probably just think I was riding on a pogo stick.

But as he begins to touch me, running his fingertips up my arm, his face hovering closer and closer to mine–at an angle because of my enormous baby cage–I am drawn to him.

Tristan’s mouth descends upon mine, and this isn’t the sweet, chaste sort of kiss I’ve been peppered with lately.

This is a kiss full of want and need.

And my mouth reciprocates, hungrily drawing him
