Chapter 40. You Deserve It

“You taste so good, Ethan, I love when you kiss me.” I whispered, smiling up at him.

“I love kissing you, Claire, I just love you so much.” Ethan replied, smiling down at me.

I wrapped my arms tightly around Ethan and hugged him tightly, I couldn’t help but blush a little bit as I realized how close we were sitting to each other, I’ve never really seen Ethan so close to anyone before, I’ve only ever seen him close with his family.

I leaned in to continue kissing him, however, before I could deepen the kiss, Ethan abruptly pulled away, leaving me confused.

“What’s wrong Ethan?” I asked, slightly worried.

“I um, I forgot about your father.” Ethan responded awkwardly.

“Dad? What are you talking about? Who is Dad?” I asked curiously.

“He’s my father, his name is Ryan Greenwood.” Ethan replied nervously.

“I know. So, what happened to your dad?” I asked curiously.
