This was a lot for Aakifahlynn; her parents knew more than she did, apparently, and you know what, not all the time parents know what's best for their children, but again, if there was any folly or danger, her father would have packed them up and get them out of there.

She knew that much truth; however, she hated that they all kept secrets from her. Even though she understood they may have given Demarion their word, it still hurt.
