Chapter 14. I Know Who I Am

Sophia's POV

Angelica leads the way, showing us the way, we get to the back of that huge store, and there is an elevator in front of us, Angelica presses the button and we get in, there is a big mirror in the back and I see my appearance again. There are still black circles around my eyes, but I don't look so tired anymore, but I must say, Angelica served me very well, even though I was wearing very basic clothes.

Alex is a little behind, his expression is solemn, he understood that I don't want to talk and I give a little corner smile, really, Alex is not a guy to throw away, but surely there must be many women who want him?

I take a deep breath, taking my hand instinctively to my belly, feeling that twinge of nausea, if I didn't know myself well enough and hadn't spent two days in the hospital, I would even think that I might be pregnant.

I know this movement didn't go unnoticed by Alex's eyes, or even Angelica's, but honestly, I have a gre
