I sighed again, trying to let go of the tension coiled inside me. This wasn’t the time to dwell on visions or the fatigue that gnawed at the edges of my consciousness. I had to focus on what was real—on Rasmus, on the ceremony, on the future we were about to step into together.
As I fastened the clasp on my dress, my fingers brushing against the cool fabric, I could still feel the faint echoes of the vision—like a whisper at the back of my mind, refusing to be silenced.
