Draco’s POV

Liam has talked to Daisy, and she has agreed to come with us. This surprises me even more.

All I could think of right now is, What is going on? Why isn’t she resisting? Why is she acting like she is under a spell like she will do whatever he says?

I feel like something is off. When I was with her, I used to feel complete, like everything was right in the world. But now, I don’t feel that way. Something has changed.

And how is she mates with Liam? They have met countless times, but this doesn’t add up. I need to get to the bottom of this, but I can’t do it here in the pack. I think they have done something to her, and I won’t leave her here.

Taking her with me is risky, though. If I do, Alaric might trace it back to me and discover that the Silverwood took his Luna. That could start another war. But I don’t care. I feel this need to protect Daisy, no matter what.
