Chapter 88. The New Start
Ayana’s POV
The day has gone on by well, with myself proving to be a dependable help in this kiosk. I am hardworking, that I know, and so I poured out my heart and soul into this. I have never been in the customer service department, nor have I really been committed to work. Well, I dropped out of college and was locked up at home for six years. But I know a smile and warm talk go a long way when dealing with customers.
And that is what I employed here, and since morning, there have been nothing but good compliments on my good job, and I can’t be happier. Honestly, today I perfectly understood the phrase that do not despise humble things. This kiosk may look too cheap from the outside, but Mrs. Julio is making much more than anyone could imagine here. And not just her alone, but her neighbors too.
I thought I had seen its full capacity in the morning, but I was damn wrong. Lunch time was the peak of the day. It overflowed with customers for a good two hours
