Two days before Christmas, Gabriel came home to celebrate the season with his family. Their house blessing was also scheduled for the 24th of December, so everyone was busy. Bianca was more than happy to welcome her husband. With him around, she could make sure if he was really interested in Justin as a man or if she was just looking for a temporary substitute.

But just like the other time he came home, Gabriel was much occupied with other affairs. Frustrations started to develop in Bianca’s heart, and she could no longer control him; she definitely lost her charms to him, and that was the saddest part.

After the house blessing, he was supposed to stay at home because it was the eve of Christmas. But he accepted an invitation from a distant cousin. Bianca insisted on going with him. Justin also went. It was a family gathering, and alcohol was abundant.
