“Do you hear any sounds there?” the first guild member whispered, his voice tense with anticipation.
“No,” the second guild member replied, her tone low and cautious. She pulled her gun from its holster, her eyes scanning the area with a trained vigilance.
“Monitor that direction,” she instructed, nodding toward a specific spot. Her eyes was sharp, her senses on high alert as she kept watch for any signs of movement.
