Once Mitchell and George arrived at the firm, they wasted no time in getting straight to work and gathering all the data they had. Handling a sensitive case such as this one would require a good amount of effort on their part.

“We better get to work,” Mitchell said firmly.

“Yeah. I’ll be in my office if you need me.” George gave her a nod before walking away.

Mitchell immediately made a beeline for her office with all her belongings in hand. She ignored most of the quick glances she got from some of her fellow employees. As soon as she shut her office door behind her, she dumped most of her stuff on her desk. She pulled out her notepad and went through the brief notes she took down from the questioning with Mr. Samuel.
